Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

 

Return of Goods –  Refunds will only be made if the goods received do not represent the description on the website or if they are faulty or damaged.  We do not refund for change of mind.  

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Goods must not be returned without prior contact via support@beyonddementia.com.au  

Goods should be returned by post to Beyond Dementia Australia  PO BOX 49 Blackwood SA 5051

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Warranty

Each purchase from  Beyond Dementia will come with it's own manufactures warranty.  Please always retain your proof of purchase.
