Our Expertise
Our resident dementia care specialist, Michelle Russell, brings over 10 years of experience in the aged care sector.
Michelle is a qualified trainer and assessor in aged care, delivering training to the highest standard for future care workers. She has previous frontline experience in dementia care, giving her a strong, practical understanding of the real-world challenges faced by those living with dementia and their families.
She also has a deeply personal connection to dementia, with her own mother living with vascular dementia.
Michelle’s qualifications and experience include:
- Over 10 years’ experience in aged care
- Master of Dementia (in progress)
- Diploma of Dementia Care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate III in Aged Care
